Last week a commentary article written by Ellen Eisenberg, PIIC's Executive Director, was published by Education Week. The article, entitled "Personalizing Professional Development: Why Instructional Coaches Make a Difference," describes the PIIC model and discusses the role that instructional coaches and mentors play in increasing student engagement and achievement.
